Changelog #3 on 5.4.8 from 11.11.14

Preface:

After a week individual work without WoW Circle team, we realized that our cooperation has been productive and we do not represent competition for each other in mind different rates, we decided to continue working together for as long as possible.
Team WoW Circle will focus on PvE content and operability of the game mechanics, and we are part of PvP, so PvE respectively fixes a little earlier will appear there, but pvp fixes here.
I think of this, we only win and make up even more serious competition to other servers MoP, which recently appeared very much.

Below you can see a changelog, which was made on 5.4.8 for 1 month, from 07.10.14 to 11.11.14:

Status: applied on all realms.

General:

- Implemented basic code for a new system of Pandaria achievements, he is now being tested on some of the achievements in the new instances, if all goes well, it is already starting with the 4th update, we can mass fix many MoP achievements.

- Implemented many custom patches for Fun realm, more info here: http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=99503.
- Many fixes for Halloween event.
- Fixed transmogrification for items in off-hand.
- Fixed gold limit in guild bank.
- Fixed orientation in the city after speak with the guards.
- Fixed display of number of friends on the icon (near the chat window).
- Increased area duel according to the official server.
- Fixed problems and exploits with restoring tabard.
- Fixed calculation of resilience for the players on mounts (fixes a bug where the damage by dots sharply increases after landing on mount).
- Optimized network code, a server delay decreased by 10%, maybe increased use traffic.
- Fixed several causes of 132 errors.
- Fixed 4 reasons of server crash.

Items:

- Fixed high damage from enchant Enchant Weapon - Avalanche.
- Fixed item Diabolical Plans.
- Fixed item Imported Supplies.
- Fixed exploit with item Sonic Disruption Fork.
- Fixed item Crudely-Written Log.
- Fixed item Satchel of Helpful Goods.

Dungeons and Raids:

- Implemented dungeon Scarlet Monastery(all difficulty).
- Implemented dungeon Siege of Niuzao Temple(all difficulty).
- Rewrite code for raid Heart of Fear, implemented all bosses on all difficulty(access to heroic mode after achievement from normal).
- Implemented some new aura types + changes for old, that fixed many spells for bosses.
- More fixes for creature difficulty in TBC instances.
- Removed the requirement quest, for enter to dungeon Magister's Terrace.
- Of the dungeons Shadowfang Keep removed some NPCs, which should only be on event.
- Fixed a bug where sometimes did not get experience after passing the dungeon finder and quests in them.
- Changes in AI of boss Galeon.

* Plans of #4 changelog for instances: Fixes bugs in current instances(including completely will be rewrite raid Terrace Eternal Spring), + implementation of new: Scarlet Halls + Scholomance.
** PvE fixes for MoP content not actual for Fun realm, because it's realm only for pvp and never available MoP Instances.

Arena and BG:

- Fixed work effect Dampening on arena.
- Fixed display frames on arena-bg(still not fully, but much better than it was before).
- Now while preparing to BG, you can change your spec, after the BG, the spec will return to its original state.
- Now, during the preparation of the Arena, you can change talents and glyphs, after the completion of the Arena, everything will return to its original state.
- Fixed a random selection of the battleground and arena, now check player level, fix the arena and BG for low lvl characters.
- Fixed option "Exception battlegrounds" (perhaps not to the end).
- Fixed spell Orb of Power Temple of Kotmogu).
- Added cristall for fast start on arena The Tiger's Peak.

Spells:

Monk:

- Fixed bug, when spell Fists of Fury can be interrupted and can not be used during the silence.
- Rewrite spells Renewing Mist / Healing Sphere / Eminence / Eminence (Statue).
- Fixed an exaggerated healing from spell Enveloping Mist.
- Fixed damage from spell Touch of Karma not until the end of).
- Fixed spell Serpent's Zeal.
- Fixed bug, when spell Keg Smash inflicted damage only 3 targets, but not all in a radius of 8 meters.

- Fixed interaction of spells Alter Time and Arcane Charge / Fingers of Frost, for save stacks.
- Fixed high damage from Mastery: Mana Adept.
- Rewrite spell Mastery: Ignite.
- Changes for spell Mastery: Icicles.
- Fixed Rapid Teleportation.
- Fixed Glyph of Rapid Displacement.

Priest:

- Fixed talent Solace and Insanity for shadow spec.
- Fixed bug, when proc of spell Holy Spark sometimes stopped working.
- Fixed talent Divine Insight for shadow spec.
- Fixed itemset bonus Item - Priest T16 Shadow 4P Bonus (was increased damage).
- Fixed healing from Vampiric Embrace between members of the group.
- Fixed spell Lightwell.
- Some changes for spell Divine Star, now will be works correctly.
- Fixed low damage from spell Holy Shock on low char lvls.

Warlock:

- Now Doomguard correctly cast spell Doom Bolt.
- Fixed influence Glyph of Shadow Bolt on Demonic Calling.
- Fixed low healing from spell Soul Link.
- Now when you exit the game is saved summoned demon, earlier when logging always called Imp.
- Fixed spells Havoc and Glyph of Havoc, should now work correctly.
- Fixed diminishing for spells Mesmerize and Fear.
- Fixed low damage of spells Metamorphosis: Touch of Chaos / Metamorphosis: Chaos Wave.

Shaman:

- Fixed stack for spells Earth Shield / Lightning Shield / Water Shield based on the different specializations and conditions.
- Fixed bug, when Mastery: Deep Healing no affect to many spells.
- Fixed talent Stone Bulwark Totem with affect Battle Fatigue.
- Fixed Glyph of Totemic Vigor.
- Fixed Glyph of Shamanistic Rage.

Hunter:

- Fixed bug, when if you cancel the target or pressing esc hunter did not stop auto attacks.
- Fixed range of spell Ice Trap + visual display.
- Fixed bug, when pet can use spell Kill Command while in the control.
- Fixed influence Cobra Strikes on attacks by pet and when the spell did not remove after attack.

Druid:

- Rewrite spell Celestial Alignment.
- Fixed bug, when Hurricane and Astral Storm can tick many times in 1 sec.
- Fixed bug, when Mastery: Razor Claws not affect on spell Rake.

Warrior:

- Fixed bug, when spell Die by the Sword did not increase parry.
- Fixed spell Single-Minded Fury.
- Fixed stack dot by spell Bloodbath.

Rogue:

- Fixed bug, when Evasion affect on Blind and make dodge.
- Fixed high damage from spell Eviscerate.
- Fixed bug, when after end spell Subterfuge removed Vanish.

Death Knight:

- Fixed bug, when talent Desecrated Ground removed unnecessary effects of control.
- Fixed Glyph of Death Coil.

Spells, general:

- Fixed dodge of ranged attacks.

- Fixed a bug where it was impossible to impose control on purpose under absorb.
- Fixed a visual display parry when changing for warriors / paladins / death knights.
- Reduced basic parry for players from 5% to 3%, as from 5% to 3% reduced base dodge and block for mobs.
- Fixed a bug where it was impossible to parry spells.
- Fixed calculation of sliding attacks.
- Implemented triggers after charges.
- Fixes for aura loading, fixed many exploits after logout.
- Fixed an exploit related to call already killed pet, after which the pet could attack, but could not die.
- Fixed class spell Shadowmeld, previously sometimes miss some attacks.
